​Hello friends.

I am excited to be starting another 6-week meditation program. Cost is $36. If you’d like to join us, send me a quick message to register and pre-pay.

We’ll continue with our usual night and time -Wednesdays at 6:30.

For newcomers, we meditate while seated in chairs, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat if you wish. Indoor shoes are required.
