House of Diamonds Corporation (HOD)
HOD is an administrative body of volunteers formed as an incorporated, not for profit group to oversee the running of the House of Diamonds for the Town of Glovertown.
Since then that group of volunteers formed the House of Diamonds Corporation and has overseen the transformation of the house from a residence to an art gallery, studios and a retail shop. It was required that HOD registers and incorporates as a non-profit organization.
In the past three years the group completed vast renovations of both the primary space in the house as well as the old warehouse - now the artist studios. The group administers the facility for the town and raises funds from Government Agencies such as ACOA, ITRD, HRLE, SSEP, the Town of Glovertown, charitable contributions and art sales.
